Hold on.
If you’re here looking for the tea about the Writers Guild Awards, let me stop you right there.
This entire article is ONLY for the appreciation of two wonderful human beings, ie, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.
If you were expecting something else, bye bye.
THE TWO BBS
Moving on, Emily and John attended the Writers Guild Awards on Sunday night at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.
The duo showed up flaunting matching outfits – with Emily wearing a black Dolce & Gabbana suit with a baroque print and an oversized wavy bow. She accessorized her tux with Jimmy Choo heels, Jacob and Co. jewellery, and her blonde hair in a messy bun.
John, on the other hand, looked dapper in a velvet blazer and bow tie.
The Quiet Place screenwriter was nominated for Original Screenplay at the awards, but lost out to the film Eighth Grade.

Blunt recently won a Screen Actors Guild Award for her leading role in A Quiet Place.
In her speech, she thanked her husband – “I am going to share this completely with my husband, John Krasinski, because the entire experience doing this with you has completely pierced my heart directly. You are a stunning filmmaker. I am so lucky to be with you and to have done this film with you.”
John even cried happy tears. D’awww you two!
Meanwhile, Krasinski is currently working on a sequel to the horror film.
