Yes, its true summer is the perfect season for the outing; minimal baggage, comfortable clothing and on top of it all sunbathing. This kind of positivity is excellent. But who knows it better than Indian that tanning is not a process for them, it’s given and outings are in the extreme temperature. And this summer is willing to break all its prior record, it already has already touched 43 degrees in the month of May. Now face skin issues, chronic fatigues, rashes, and itching are the most common that are accompanied by such weather. These are the physical issues but apart from that, we have something, which we need to figure out with help of water consumption in this summer.

Feeling tired by the end of the day is understandable. But if you wake up in morning dull regardless of any medical issue. This is the big problem of the which you are taking for granted and the real cause is dehydration which can easily be dealt with.

When an individuals body doesn’t contain enough portion of water in the body, they may feel tired. They find very difficult to produce the energy which is needed to keep them moving

As the heat increases, a lot of water and electrolytes get depleted via sweating from our body. Our body contains 70% of water which helps to regulate our metabolism. Water is the source of energy. For every enzymatic or normal regulation water is necessary. Once it decreases it creates many complexes in our body.

in a day during the summer?

  • If you are doing any workout, consume 7-8 glass of water.
  • If you are sweating excessively, consume 8-10 glass of water.

If I tell you it’s very easy to resolve the constipation issue. Maybe you will not believe that but its true and very much possible. Firstly start listening to your body what it indicates. Once you get it, look for an answer.

Now the answer is water deficit leads to a slow mobility of your body, so your digestion tracts also suffer in that condition. This happens due to the less consumption of water in the daytime. One of the best ways to deal with this, consume at least 8 -10 glass of water with the good quantity of fiber in food.

  • Eat vegetables and fruits which contain a good amount of water like watermelon, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  • Keep flavored water instead of soft drinks. Avoid sweeteners
  • Drink coconut water, it avoids dehydration
  • Consume lime water
