From legendary actors to just debuted celebrities all gave the performance at Umang Police Show 2019
When I imagine two big inspirational teams under one roof it leaves me excited. One teams set new goals for our fashion and style and another team everytime comes up with new bars of courage and nationalism in them. Like every year, Mumbai police organized its annual festival Umang on 27th January. It was a star-studded affair. Umang Police Show 2019 brought Bollywood stars together under one roof to pay respect to the Mumbai police. But the one thing that excites us the most is to see the Bollywood stars in their glittering outfits. Just scroll our gallery and check what celebrities were wearing at the event.
These stars also performed for the men and women in uniform and honoured them in every way possible. Akshay Kumar came up on stage dressed as a policeman as he is scheduled to play ATS Chief, Veer Sooryavanshi in upcoming film Sooryavanshi. The new and hottest Bollywood couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt came together. Alia Bhatt smiled for the cameras in a mint green Tarun Tahiliani anarkali styled with pretty chandbalis and romantic waves, whereas Ranbir Kapoor was wearing a classic suit for the evening. Ranveer Singh, as usual, went daring by wearing an animal print suit for the event. Karisma Kapoor selected a romantic pastel pink number designed by Varun Bahl.
The highlight of the evening, was when Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan addressed the guests from the stage. Shilpa Shetty came to the annual event and mesmerised everyone with her beauty. Vaani Kapoor was seen in mixed printed Anamika Khanna designer outfit whereas Katrina Kaif selected hot red monochrome outfit designed and styled by Manish Malhotra.
Janhvi Kapoor selected all glitter outfit designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. She also turned heads with her amazing dance performance.Kriti Sanon decided to go ethnic and wore a black lehenga along with black long jacket over it with a heavy necklace to complete the look. Popular 90s actresses Urmila Matondkar and Tabu were seen posing and smiling together in their ethnic outfits. Raveena Tandon looked graceful and elegant in a silk saree.
