The k-beauty star is insanely popular back at home, with her followers constantly trying to recreate her gorgeous looks and getting on her skin care routine. (Do you SEE her skin???)
Park’s, or should I say Pony’s aesthetic is absolutely spell binding. If you’re all about her vibe, you’re in luck! The artist is all set to drop a MAJOR collection with beauty giant, MAC Cosmetics later in the month.

“My collection with MAC is super meaningful to me in that I am able to bring K-beauty, Korean culture, and Asian beauty and culture to the global market,” Pony shared in an official statement from the brand. The brand also revealed that the packaging takes inspiration from tarot cards and Pony’s starry aesthetic.
PONY also takes immense pride in the fact that the collaboration takes into account her favourite K-beauty trends and formulas. The Matte Lip Mousse, specifically, will give you an ethereally weightless formula that glides on evenly for misty soft-matte color. Furthermore, the lip mousse has a velvet-type texture that’s not too matte and not too glossy is trendy among Korean consumers.
The PONY x MAC alliance also takes into account the growing trend of glossy lips. To tackle that heading, the line also contains the Plenty of Pout Plumping Lip Gloss.
In order to recreate the signature PONY twinkling eyes, you will have an eye shadow x 8 palette which contains the perfect hues of neutrals and warms. Moreover, a new eye shadow brush and a set of false lashes, Lash Ketu, will aid in elevating your K-beauty look!
BUT WHAT ABOUT SKIN?
No sweat, the collection also brings to you the perfect solutions for getting glass skin. You’ll have two brand-new shades of the popular Extra Dimension Skinfinish, a mega-watt highlighter, with Pony’s limited-edition Face Powder Brush. Additionally, you’ll be able to lock in your whole look for the day with the latest Prep + Prime Fix+ iteration, which features flecks of prismatic pearl shimmer.
The PONY x MAC collaboration has been in the works for almost 3 years, which makes us all the more excited for this line to drop. According to an Instagram post by PONY, the concept was completed in December 2018. And the video and photoshoots to promote the products were shot in April of this year.
The PONY x MAC alliance will be available on Nordstrom on the 21st of this month. Furthermore, the collection drops globally in October.
