One of the most unique brands, in terms of packaging and vision, Milk Makeup has launched a very drool-worthy collection with the Wu Tang Clan and featuring Teyana Taylor. On Milk Makeup’s website it states the following –

“Our community is our inspiration, and we celebrate beauty for everyone. Because beauty means inclusivity, our range goes from fresh-face street vibes to full-face studio looks. We see personal style and experimentation as the ultimate forms of self-expression. It’s not just about how you create your look; it’s what you do in it that matters.”

And they stand true to their claim. The collaboration with the Wu Tang Clan, an American hip hop group from Staten Island, is the kind of collection that you would be terrified to use because it looks so damn exquisite! “We wanted our first collaboration to be with a seminal icon who moves between culture and music and helped shape a generation,” says Founder Mazdack Rassi in a press release. “It had to transcend time and culture; it had to be a global idea, but it also had to be New York at its roots, because that’s where we’re from.”

The collection consists of 8 super luxurious creamy lipsticks, a 24 carat gold plated mirror and a trio of lapel pins. While the mirror certainly caught my eye, the lipsticks are the real stars of the show. Encased in a heavyweight, yet luxurious black unit, the collab has gilded dragons and the Wu Tang Clan’s signature “W” emblazoned on them.
