The latest brand to reveal their upcoming Summer 2019 launch is Jouer Cosmetics. And of course, they’ve named the collection after something extremely common in the heat – Tan Lines.

The Summer 2019 line isn’t all that extensive, and we’re glad. It includes an eye shadow palette, a blush duo and 2 lip glosses. Keeping it minimal, and not coming for our wallets. I appreciate that, Jouer.
TAN LINES MATTE, SHIMMER & LUXE FOIL EYE SHADOW PALETTE
A limited edition 9-well pressed eyeshadow palette expertly curated to transition any look from day to night. Palette comes with fully pigmented matte, shimmer, and luxe foil shades that are easily blendable. Furthermore, they are crease and fade-resistant.
Apply powder eyeshadow with a shadow brush. Use wet for an intensified finish. However, for the luxe foil shades, apply with your finger to reveal their highest pigment intensity.
BLUSH BOUQUET DUAL BLUSH PALETTE – CHEEKY SUMMER
