How can you make a pizza parlour with a mass appeal offer a curated experience? Ramit Mittal and Deepinder Batth the team behind the popular restaurant chain. Pizza Express in India is working for a Restaurant With Fashion Runway. Their solution to the conundrum lies in the ‘The Project Series’. The project which offers patrons of localities, specialised experiences that set the distance aside from the rest.
Beloved designer Hemant Trivedi, the guy behind the pageant dresses. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta and much more will soon host the launch party.
The launching event will expect a guest list such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. “I’m truly excited about sharing an extremely precious evening. With my very loved friends from the industry and celebrate an exciting expansion. Expansion of fashionable nouvelle cuisine as well,” the designer added.
“We are devoted to creating spaces which are more than simply restaurants and pubs. But the address that’s hyper-local, while constantly being about curated experiences and preferences that stimulate conversations,” says Mittal, CEO, Gourmet Investments Ltd. Anand Basrai behind The Bandra Project, also of the Busride Design Studio will be committing his design aesthetic. Not unlike the cocktails and menu in besides The Project Series, the pub at The Runway Project claims to be current and hip star chef Vicky Ratnani will add his own flair. Pizza Express will be launching other such restaurants in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi and Gurgaon in the next 12 months.
