Hello Ladies,
Whether you have sore, tired feet from standing all day, or a stiff back from working at your desk, bath salts can help improve the way you feel and ease away the tension. Bath salts have several nutrients and minerals, and as they dissolve in water quickly, they give you a refreshing shower/bathing experience. The benefits of bath salt are many, and go beyond mere exfoliating dead cells to make skin soft and supple. A nice long soak in a tub sprinkled with bath salt releases muscle tension and improves common irritations such as insect bites, minor rashes, calluses on feet, while working on serious skin conditions like athlete’s foot, eczema, and psoriasis.
Before anything else you need to know how to use bath salts and which one will give you maximum benefit, the processed or the natural ones.
They contain minerals and several nutrients, such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromide, and sodium. These nutrients help make your skin look smooth. They also help in eliminating impurities from your skin, leaving a natural glow on it. Due to the availability of minerals, bath salts also give you a rich shower experience and help you relax as well.
Bath salts are not only incredibly affordable, they are very easy to use. Bath salts aren’t just for bathing, you can use bath salts as scrubs, cleansers, and more. Bath salts also come in a variety of scents and fragrances, and are often infused with herbs and essential oils. You can use bath salts that are scented, or you can use plain, unscented bath salts.
After lot of research and experiments, I am giving you few of the best options.

Direction: For a bath, fill the tub about halfway to the desired level. Take a handful of bath salt and pour them into the bath by holding your hand under the faucet, allowing the bath salts to fall with the water into the tub. While pouring the bath salts into the bath, their fragrance will be released into the steam, allowing for a very fragrant bath. Depending on their size, bath salts will dissolve quickly once in contact with hot water. Once you have poured one to two handfuls of bath salts into your bath, you’re ready to relax!  Be sure to stir the bath salts into the water and circulate them well, so the fragrances are released into the steam.

If you would like to use bath salts for exfoliation, simply take a small handful of fine-grain bath salts and add a tiny bit of water. Work the mixture into a paste and smooth it over your skin. You’ll feel softer and smoother than you ever imagined!
