Natasha Denona is a brand whose prices aren’t for the faint of heart. Yes, pigmentation is incredible, and the products themselves are spot on. But excuse me if I find myself unable to cash out 100$ for a palette. In such a scenario, the minis are important. Because they allow us to be a part of the Denona family sans breaking the bank.

And very recently, the brand’s Tropic palette decided to have a baby.

MEET THE MINI TROPIC PALETTE

The Tropic palette was all about a tropical vibe (duuh) and featured blues and mints and beautiful pastels. The mini tropic, however, is a careful selection of it’s parent – allowing matte shades to be used as transition, and giving only the key shimmers to create a fun, vibrant look.

This palette features a mix of metallic, duo-chrome, and chroma crystal eyeshadows—all existing favorites from the iconic Tropic Eyeshadow Palette.

  • Mint Frost 170S – Sheer
  • Exotic 171M – Metallic
  • Laguna 172CM – Creamy Matte
  • Tiger Lily 173M – Metallic
  • Zena 174CM – Creamy Matte

As is evident from the campaign photo, the palette has the ability to transform your mundane life into a tropical vacation. So long story short, it’s pretty goddamned powerful. The best part, without a doubt, is the price point. It might still feel a little steep, but I suppose sometimes you DO have to shell out for quality (but not always!)

The Mini Tropic palette retails for $25, and is limited edition. So if you’re into the whole blue-oceanic look, or you’re simply a fan of Natasha Denona, snag it here.
