Creative street artist eL Seed and MAC Cosmetics have come together for a limited edition life-imitates-art collection that launches later this month.
This is the first time a collaboration with a regional artist will be available globally. The painter brings in his signature colour – pink – to the collection. According to senior artist Mariam Khairallah, “The collection has face and eyes palettes, which means that the eyeshadow palettes could be used for the eyes and as blush.”

The collaboration entails 10 pieces – and includes brushes, highlighters, lipsticks, cheek and eyeshadow palettes, as well as a cosmetics pouch to store all of it in. The artist was given full creative freedom during the design process, and clearly there is no room for disappointment.
The MAC X eL Seed collection is also a sneak peek into his personal life – with items being named after his wife and daughter, and his town in Tunisia.

eL Seed’s ubiquitous Arabic script that draws from this quote emblazons the vibrant pink packaging of the collaboration.
