I love supporting indie brands. Especially the kind who put in the extra effort of making their products matter, and are 100% cruelty free. So when Samiya Sayyad, the CEO and founder of Luxurious Adore reached out to me, I didn’t know what to expect.
A week or two later, I receive a box containing 2 of their items – a serum and a moisturizer. I’ll be honest, although I did go into it excited, I thought maybe they didn’t want to work with me anymore. (Since I didn’t hear from them for a while. But that’s an over thinkers mind for you lol)

MY TAKE
Right off the bat, I loved the fact that the brand sent in cards detailing the products. It’s just something I don’t notice a lot of indie brands doing. Makes the whole experience extra special. (Kudos, Samiya!)
Second, I received both products mentioned above. However, the packaging has since changed, making it even more appealing.
I’ve been using both items for about a month now. And they’ve amped up my skin care game immensely. Although I do wish I could use the saffron jelly refrigerated – but I don’t want to make multiple trips to the fridge lol.
I’ve incorporated the Luxurious Adore Glow Potion in my night time routine. So after my usual cleanse, tone routine, I add in the serum. It’s not tacky or greasy, and makes the skin super soft, super plump. Overtime, the glow potion has also made my skin glowy, for lack of a better word.
The Saffron Jelly, however, I don’t use daily. I use it 3 times a week, and sometimes when my skin is feeling super dry. What I love most about it is the fact that it doesn’t sit on top of your skin at all. Post application, it disappears into nothing. The skin feels a little tack, but that is natural for when you’re moisturizing. I can only imagine how great it would feel if it were applied cold – even more refreshing.
Now, the gold question is, would I recommend Luxurious Adore to you? Absolutely. 100%
They’re not overpriced and their products work like a charm. I hope to be able to use more items in their line soon. Until then, I might have to start thinking of restocking these babes soon!
