Jeffree Star’s Summer Jawbreaker Collection Is….Jaw-Breaking!

Donning a “sickening” chartreuse wig, Jeffree Star basically embodied his Summer 2019 reveal. This year’s theme – JAWBREAKER – and the colour – you guessed it, chartreuse. The 2019 collection is something of a big deal for Star, considering that he had to battle a burglary, and a social media scandal later.

The Jawbreaker collection by Star features something the brand has never done before – a SUPER large palette of 24 shades, along with a Mini palette! The Summer line also has a bunch of the usual lip products, highlighters and new merch!

JAWBREAKER PALETTE

The upcoming palette features a colourful theme – in tune with Pride. In fact, it’s a much bigger version of the new Morphe Live In Color palette. And although I’ve already purchased that palette, I’m DEFINITELY getting this one. Decked in an all pink packaging, full of splatters of the jawbreaker candy. There’s a good mix of mattes and shimmers and of course, the formula is the same as previous shadow palettes by the brand.

If 24 shades are overwhelming for you, don’t worry, Star has got you covered. For the first time ever, his brand is launching a 9-pan palette, perfect for when you’re travelling. Or if you’re just not a fan of big palettes. The shades in this palette are still bold, if not colourful. We’ve got browns, golds and a purple or two.

BRAINFREEZE SKIN FROST PRO PALETTE

It’s not a Jeffree Star Collection without highlighters. Star revealed a new highlighter palette for this collection, titled “Brainfreeze”. And it has some gorgeous shades in it. We’ve got ice white, gold and an icy blue too!

SUPREME FROST

Want a highlighter, but with more impact and zhuzh? Supreme Frost is your go to. This new formula was created last year by Star for a much more wet looking glow. The three shades inducted into the Jawbreaker collection are –

The new merchandise in the Jawbreaker collection includes mirrors, makeup bags and track suits! And I think there’s a phone case coming as well. Star tried to be sneaky, but we’re onto him.
