Dot & Key is a skin care brand that I’d been seeing for quite some time on Instagram. And the packaging was something that ALWAYS intrigued me. It just looked so unique, as compared to any other regular component. I remember when they first started out, their range included swim essentials and stuff for the body – underarms, feet etc. Recently, they added a bunch of serums to their line, and guess who got on the bandwagon? Me.
DOT & KEY SKIN CARE
Dot & Key is a fresh take on skincare. One that’s founded on the understanding that everyone is unique. Through their range of advanced skincare products, we address lifestyle needs that are often overlooked.
The serums I snagged from their site include the following –
- Collagen Restorative Time Reverse Retinol Serum
- Glow Revealing Vitamin C Serum Concentrate
- Water Drench Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum Concentrate
- Zit Zapping Skin Clarifying Face Serum
With the package at my doorstep in a week, little did I know what I was going to experience.

MY TAKE ON DOT & KEY
Right off the bat, the brand sends along a pretty descriptive brochure of their items, and it’s something that is pretty interesting. It’s not your usual flip book, so it’s actually more fun to read. Everything from the unicartons down to the actual formulas itself proves Dot & Key’s philosophy of “We’re all about the details.”
I’ve been using their products for a couple of weeks now. The Vitamin C Serum I use once a day, 4-5 days a week. The Hyaluronic acid serum I lather on whenever and wherever. The zit zapping babe takes precedence at night. While Retinol is a weekender.
Personally, I love the serums. Because they smell AMAZING. The vitamin C I use in conjunction with Klairs vitamin C, leaving my skin feeling HELLA fresh and HELLA good. Furthermore, they’re pretty lightweight and hydrating, which is biggie for dry skin chicas like me.
Moreover, Dot & Key prides itself on being a clean skin care brand. Meaning, you won’t find any toxic chemicals like parabens, sulphates and phthalates. Additionally, the brand is also clinically tested and cruelty free!
In conclusion, they fulfill the Dot & Key promise: superior skincare that’s absolutely safe, delightfully gentle and unquestionably effective. Shop the brand here.
