The new uniforms of the Hainan Airlines took fashion to a new level

Fashion has got no wings and no destination, its flies round the world. It’s not restricted to runways and red carpets. Harking back to the golden age of flying, when hopping on board a plane was a truly glamorous pursuit. Hainan Airlines has just introduced haute couture-style uniforms for its staff. It is the fifth time the airline, which was founded in 1993, has redesigned its uniform. It is a perfect combination of style and elegance.

There are also elements of Western-style fashion trends and other Chinese art elements including the mythical bird, Roc. The looks are given the best modern twist with western additions designed by Laurence Xu. The new designs are now among the most beautiful uniforms the industry has seen.

But they are not only creating a new uniform but also showing the internationalized image of our airline. While the stewardesses have amazingly patterned dresses. Light grey caped coats, blazers and caps. The stewards have slightly more traditional options, with amazing double-breasted overcoats and two piece suits.

Truly this dress doesn’t look like a uniform at all. It is something which is creating a great sense of fashion. It will not only raise the spirits of the crew but will encourage other airlines to follow the trend and heritage. We truly love this new concept.
