Needless to say that vogue is one of the best fashion portals and magazines of India. Vogue India turns 10 last year, and to celebrate the milestone, Vogue India and Embassy Group put together a series of special designer showcases called Vogue Atelier. In true Vogue style, Vogue Atelier is all about style, fashion, pizazz and lifestyles. With all busy schedules and all miss fashion week in midway, vogue proposed Vogue Atelier this week. This year Gaurav Gupta Vogue Atelier Collection was a hit for all fashion lovers and the collection was showcased at Surat. Just scroll down our gallery and check out who all were attending the show.
Gaurav Gupta is known for his progressive take on fashion. After working for 14 years in the industry the designer came up with one of his best collection until the date which was presented in front of his new audience. The collection was ranging from his exceptional signature lehenga saris to sculpted gowns. Guests were treated to a three-course meal, where models walked alongside the dinner tables with each course, allowing those in attendance to admire the designer’s work up close. The first instalment of the show saw Gupta’s statement pantsuits, jackets and minimal sarees which a bride would need her trousseau and guest who are going to attend the wedding functions. The second segment saw heavier lehengas that were perfect for a sangeet. And at the very end, the designer brought out his sculpted gowns, which were carefully crafted keeping in mind a bride’s wants for a reception.
Guests were treated to goodie bags and a dosha consultation by an Ayurvedic doctor from Forest Essentials at the end of the event.
