Brands have together created a special collection of luxurious ivory coloured hand-woven fabrics considering the theme, presenting a rich selection of the brand’s signature brocades along with, silks, cotton, georgettes, chiffons, tusser, organza, mashru silks and chikankari. Brands have used metallic geometric patterns to maximise the potential of traditional handwoven silks and cotton. “Our aim with this exhibition is to break all notions and self-imposed limitations about the usage of the Indian textiles and truly make its reach limitless. The vision is to showcase these fabrics as ‘pieces of art’ as well as expand its reach to an individual’s everyday life. ” Palak said.

After an exciting run at the Paris Haute Couture Week in the month of February, the exhibition is now travelling to the label’s home turf and will be on display at Bikaner House, New Delhi, on March 24 and 25.
