Our every day working life always seems to be stressful. Even if we have tons of vacations to plan and revel in that relaxation does not last more than 2 days. The hustle is real when fall comes around. But you don’t need to worry if you know the relaxing therapy that is yoga. You will be amazed to know instructors at Sky Ting Yoga in New York City, Krissy Jones and Chloe Kernaghan.

Try to bring your glutes down to your heels. Now maintain hands interlocked and hit them toward the ceiling as far as you can. Without raising your head, Rock arms side to side.

Afterwards lift your legs up to the ceiling, keeping them as straight as possible, and hold for as long as possible. Gently bring your legs back down to the floor, and slide back into child’s pose. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths.
